Join us every Wednesday from 7-8 PM for a rejuvenating, transformative experience. These 1-hour Zoom sessions are guided by our expert instructor, Kerry, who tailors each class to accommodate all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners. This is your opportunity to de-stress, strengthen, and empower yourself, all from the comfort of your home!

✨ Energising Workouts: Each session focuses on a mix of yoga poses and techniques that combine physical strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With every class, you’ll notice improvements in how your body moves and feels.

🌍 Convenience and Flexibility: With classes hosted on Zoom, you can participate from anywhere. Can't make it live? Don't worry! Each session is recorded and will be available for you to access at your convenience. Practice anytime that fits your schedule!
📸 Interactive Experience: We encourage participants to keep their cameras on during sessions to engage fully with the class. Our virtual setup allows (me) Kerry to provide personalized guidance, helping you improve your form and get the most out of each pose.
🗓 Weekly Progress: Each class builds on the last, introducing new poses, techniques, and challenges. You’ll see steady progress over time, with enhanced flexibility, a stronger core, and greater mental clarity by the end of the program.

As we move into the fall season, we’re focusing on core strength, balance, and stability—key components for a well-rounded, agile body. Each week, Kerry will guide you through practices that improve posture, enhance your balance, and build the deep core muscles that support every movement. These classes will leave you feeling stronger and more grounded, both physically and mentally.

How to Join:

2. Prepare Your Space: Set up a comfortable space in your home with a yoga mat, water, and any props (like blocks or straps) you like to use.
3. Join via Zoom: You'll receive the Zoom link 1 day before. Join a few minutes early to get settled and ready for a fantastic session!
