Anticipating Autumn: Why I’m Excited for September Strength Yoga Camp

As the warmth of summer lingers and the days slowly begin to shorten, I find myself in a reflective mood, thinking about how I want to close out this season and transition into fall. Summer has been full of its usual hustle and bustle—trips to the beach, late-night barbecues, and trying to make the most of the long days. But with autumn on the horizon, I’m ready for something different. I’m craving a shift, a chance to slow down, refocus, and reconnect with myself. That’s why I’m particularly excited about the upcoming September Strength: Building Balance and Stability yoga camp.

A New Season, A New Focus

For me, fall has always been about new beginnings. While January is the official start of the year, there’s something about autumn that feels like a fresh chapter. Maybe it’s the crispness in the air or the routine of life settling back in after summer’s freedom. Whatever it is, this time of year always feels like the perfect moment to set new intentions and prioritize self-care.

The September Strength yoga camp is a promise of focusing on balance and stability—both physically and mentally. After a summer of indulgence and spontaneity, the idea of dedicating six weeks to mindfulness and inner strength feels like the perfect antidote.

Why September Strength?

This series isn’t just the yoga itself, but the holistic approach it offers. The idea of balancing mind, body, and spirit through a regular practice feels like the grounding experience we all need. Each Wednesday evening, you will have the opportunity to step away from the chaos of daily life and spend an hour focusing on yourself.

The virtual format is another huge plus. With life being as busy as it is, the flexibility of joining live sessions or practicing at my own pace via Zoom ( followed up with a YouTube links to repeat again in your own time. It means you can integrate this practice into your life in a way that feels natural and sustainable to you, rather than just another obligation on my to-do list.

Setting Intentions

As I look ahead to September, I’m setting some intentions for this journey. I want to use these six weeks to reconnect with my body, build strength, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance in my life. But more than that, I want to nurture my soul. And I want to give the same to you. This summer has been wonderful, but I’ve felt a bit disconnected—always on the go, but not always grounded. I’m hoping that this yoga camp will help you and me find that sense of calm and centeredness.

Looking Forward to Transformation

While I know that transformation doesn’t happen overnight, I’m excited about the potential for growth this series offers. I’ve experienced the benefits of yoga for over 13 years, but this feels like an opportunity to take things to the next level. It’s not just about the physical practice—it’s about embracing a mindset of balance and stability that can carry me and you through the rest of the year.

I can’t wait to see how my body responds to the poses, how my mind adapts to the focus on mindfulness, and how my soul strengthens through the process. There’s something incredibly empowering about committing to a practice like this, knowing that it’s not just about the here and now, but about laying the foundation for long-term well-being.

A Season of Self-Care

So, as I soak up the last rays of summer in Turkey, I’m eagerly anticipating the start of September Strength. It’s going to be a season of self-care, growth, and transformation—a chance to reset and refocus before the year draws to a close.

If you’re also feeling the need for a shift as we move into fall, I encourage you to join me in this journey. Let’s embrace the opportunity to build balance, stability, and a stronger sense of self together. After all, what better way to welcome autumn than by prioritizing our own well-being?
